Kim's Vietnamese

If you are lucky enough to be resident in the city of Longmont, Colorado, you can enjoy delivery of dinner from Kim's Vietnamese. Kim & Rick had a restaurant on North Main in Longmont, Colorado for 14 years or so and they are now back running a dinner delivery business. I've taken many people to Kim's for their first experience of Vietnamese food and when they ask "What's good?" or "What should I order?" Okay, I haven't been there in over a quarter of a century, and I couldn't afford to go there now anyway, but it remains memorable not just for the wonderful food but also for the service, which was both impeccable and good-humored--especially the time I sent the wine back.
